For those who don't know, my mother died last month.

It was very sudden and unexpected. She went to take a nap and never woke up. According to the M.E. it was caused by heart failure.

I miss her very much.

I will try to catch up on LJ as soon as I can.

As most of you probably know, I am a huge Shrek fan. Like insanely so. I have the first 2 movies memorized and I adore them.

Well I didn't get to see the Third in theaters because life just kinda blew up at me. I rented it and as I was watching it something just seemed off. Aside from being nowhere as good as previous movies something felt wrong.

Then my sister pointed it out. Not only did they give Fiona bigger tits than was needed, they also made her thinner.

What the fuck? She's a plus size Ogre and she's knocked up but she's thinner?

Damn I hate hollywood.

So... I'm working on writing several books and I should have at least one of them finished and out by the end of the year. Good times.

My house is still decorated for Halloween and we've all decided that until we need to decorate for Christmas it can stay that way.

E and I should be heading to Bakersfield for Thanksgiving to have holiday with the in-laws but if I'm still sick I am not driving for 4 hours. If we do thanks giving here I think the guest list will be very small this year. Maybe just the housemates and my faux beau.

Oh... last night in a painkiller haze I saw something on TBS called "Puppet Up" and it was fucking awesome. I love puppets.

Health Stuff: Xaos is still sick. :( I haven't heard from the surgeon yet.

For my fellow cat owners have any of you had to deal with Feline IBD? Xaos was diagnosed with it and he's on meds and I switched his food but he's still sick, super skinny and not gaining weight. Any suggestions?

Halloween. Had a million plans and now I seem to have none. Anyone doing anything fun? Also for my costume I need a stuffed hippo. Anyone have one or know where I could find one? If it farts, even better.
